Digital Power Control

The servo power supply uses digital control based on DSP or MCU technology to regulate the DC output. The closed-loop control system helps maintain stable voltage under changing load conditions.

For servo drive applications, stable power delivery is important because variations in the DC bus can affect motor control and overall system operation.

Power Output Options

The standard configuration supports AC 110-240V input with DC output options including 24V, 36V, 48V and 60V.

Depending on the servo system, custom output configurations from 12V to 80V can also be developed. Output current can range from 5A to 40A according to the selected power stage.

Rated output power is available from 300W to 2000W for single-axis and multi-axis servo systems.

Efficiency and Output Stability

The power supply is designed for efficient conversion, with a typical efficiency of 92% or higher and up to 93% under suitable full-load conditions.

The design supports low ripple and noise, with a specified ripple and noise level of up to 50mVpp. Load regulation is specified at ±1%, while line regulation is up to ±0.5%.

Protection Functions

The PCBA integrates several protection functions for industrial power applications.

Protection features include:

  • Over-voltage protection

  • Over-current protection

  • Over-temperature protection

  • Short-circuit protection

  • Inrush current limiting

These functions help protect the power supply and connected servo electronics during abnormal operating conditions.

PCB and Assembly

The standard PCB configuration uses FR4 material with 2oz copper and ENIG surface finish. High-Tg materials are available for power areas where higher thermal performance is required.

For high-current servo power stages, heavy copper PCB options from 2oz to 6oz can be considered according to the circuit design.

The assembly process supports SMT and DIP soldering and can be based on customer-supplied Gerber files, BOM lists, Pick and Place files and schematics.

OEM and Small Batch Manufacturing

The service supports prototype samples, small batch OEM production and mass manufacturing.

Customers can provide their existing Gerber and BOM files, or work with the engineering team during DFM review. Power components, thermal design and high-current PCB areas can be reviewed before production.

Component sourcing and alternative component selection are also available for turnkey projects.

Testing and Quality Control

Functional testing can be performed under rated load to verify the main power supply functions. Testing can include output voltage, current, ripple and protection functions according to the customer's requirements.

The manufacturing process also supports production inspection and traceability for prototype and production orders.
