Product Details

The 20W high power wireless charger module is a three-coil transmitter PCBA designed for wireless power transmission applications. Its multi-coil transmitter structure provides a practical approach for developing wireless charging equipment where the charging area, coil arrangement and electronic control circuit need to work together within a compact module.

As a PCBA-based wireless charging solution, the module integrates the electronic circuit required to control the wireless power transmission process. The transmitter board can be incorporated into a customized charging product according to the required mechanical structure, coil arrangement, input interface and overall product design.

The three-coil configuration is particularly useful when a wireless charger needs to provide a larger effective charging area than a single-coil design. Multiple transmitter coils can be arranged within the charging surface so that the charging system can accommodate different device positions. The actual charging performance depends on the coil design, receiver position, alignment, input power and complete system configuration.

With a rated power level of up to 20W, this type of wireless charging module can be developed for higher-power mobile phone charging applications. It can be integrated into desktop chargers, charging stations, vehicle charging systems and other electronic products requiring wireless power transmission.

The PCBA can be customized around the requirements of the finished wireless charging product. PCB dimensions, component placement, connector configuration and coil arrangement can be coordinated with the available enclosure space. This makes the module suitable for OEM and custom wireless charging equipment rather than being limited to one fixed product structure.

Wireless charging electronics require careful coordination between the transmitter circuit and the physical coil system. PCB layout, power distribution, coil positioning and thermal considerations can all affect the operation of the finished charger. These factors should be evaluated together during product development.

The transmitter board can be used as the control core of a wireless charging system, while the external coil assembly provides the electromagnetic coupling required to transfer power to a compatible receiver. The complete product therefore combines the electronic PCBA with the appropriate coil and mechanical charging structure.

For mobile phone charging products, the module can be integrated into compact consumer electronics while maintaining a relatively simple internal architecture. It can also be incorporated into automotive charging consoles where wireless charging needs to be integrated into an existing dashboard, center console or storage area.

Desktop wireless charging stations can similarly use a multi-coil transmitter design to provide greater flexibility in device placement. The final charging surface can be customized according to the intended product dimensions and industrial design.

During OEM development, prototype PCBA samples can be used to evaluate circuit operation, coil positioning, charging performance and mechanical integration. After the design has been verified, the same configuration can be adapted for repeat production and larger manufacturing quantities.

Component selection and PCB layout are important parts of the wireless charger development process. Power components, control circuitry, connectors and other electronic devices must be arranged according to the electrical requirements of the transmitter system. Thermal management can also become increasingly important as charging power increases.

A customized three-coil wireless charging PCBA can therefore serve as the foundation for a variety of wireless charging products. Its combination of a compact electronic control board and multiple transmitter coils provides flexibility for mobile phone chargers, vehicle charging systems, desktop charging stations and other consumer electronic applications.

This 20W high power wireless charger module is designed for OEM and custom wireless charging projects that require a three-coil transmitter PCBA and application-specific product integration.
